We aim to ship your order 5-7 business days from the time your order is placed. This is because our grains are prepared fresh for every order!
If you have any bags that have contaminated please reach out and we will offer to ship you replacement bags.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
The nature of mushroom cultivation can be unpredictable. That's why we will always replace any bags that may contaminate or are unusable for any reason - for free. If you've already inoculated your bags we just ask that you pay the shipping to receive your replacements!
